Boone County Fitness Center

The Boone County Fitness Center is an exercise facility that includes a pool, whirlpool, basketball court, volleyball court, racquetball courts, walleyball courts, a walking/running track, weight room, sauna, and exercise equipment including treadmill, Stairmaster, NordicTrack, and exercise bikes.

Memberships to the Boone County Fitness Center are sold on an annual basis, starting in August. Memberships may be purchased for an individual, for a family, or to a youth (13-21) that is enrolled in school. Monthly and weekly memberships may also be purchased. Non-members may use the Fitness Center by paying a daily fee.

The Fitness Center offers several special programs which include racquetball leagues, swimming lessons, water aerobics classes, spinning classes, and CardioFit classes.

Racquetball Leagues are held in the fall and winter.

Swimming lessons are held from January through July and can now be signed up for at any time. Classes are instructed by Lonnelle Rasmussen or Lynn Webster.

Water Exercise classes are held on Monday,Wednesday, and Friday mornings at 8:00 a.m. These classes are taught by Amy Hartford.

Spinning classes are available. Call for times and availabilty.

CardioFit are available. Call for times and availability.

Summer Hours: May through Labor Day

  • Monday-Friday open 6:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m.
  • Saturdays open 10:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.


  • Winter Hours: October 1st through April 30th
  • Monday-Friday open 6:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m.
  • Saturday open 10:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m.
  • Sunday open 1:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m.
