This $1,250 scholarship is awarded to a female graduate of Boone Central School in Albion, Nebraska; who will be an incoming freshman in the University of Nebraska System at Kearney, Lincoln, Omaha or the Medical Center. Three recommendations required; each person needs to complete the recommendation form AND write a letter in support of the applicant.

Captain Edward Iwan Leadership Scholarship |
This $500 scholarship does not have an application. The entire senior class is considered and the winner is selected based on set criteria by a faculty committee.

Students need to be in the upper 50% of class, involved in their community, demonstrate financial need, and will be given to those that show good character. This scholarship is worth $250 and is due March 25th to Mrs. Webster.

Student must be 4-year member of FCCLA. Contact the FCCLA advisor for the application. This scholarship is presented at the FCCLA banquet.

This $1000 scholarship will be given to senior children of bank employees. All students encouraged to apply. Please submit two recommendations, one of which should be from a high school faculty member on the recommendation form.

No application – entire senior class considered and winner is selected based on the criteria of “Just a nice student.”

Jim Wolf Memorial 1 Year Scholarship |
This $1000 scholarship is given to a student for their freshman year of college. There is no application and entire senior class is considered. Selection is based on other scholarships awarded and their grade point average of selected core classes.

Jim Wolf Memorial Years 2, 3, & 4 Scholarship |
This $2500 scholarship is given to a student for their sophomore, junior and senior years of college. There is no application and entire senior class is considered. Selection is based on other scholarships awarded and their grade point average of selected core classes.

Applicant must be from the Petersburg Community. This scholarship requires an essay and letters of recommendation. Two $500 scholarships will be awarded to one male and one female. Due March 25th to Mrs. Webster.

This scholarship is to be awarded to a senior who is planning to attend college (vocational, community or college/university). The value of this scholarship varies according to what the organization has raised during the year. Normally, it is around $300. Due to Mrs. Webster by March 25th.
