met on Monday, December 10, 2007, at 7:30 p.m. in the Boone Central School FCS
room located at 605 S. 6th; Albion, Nebraska. Members present: Cindy Hemmer, Karen Kayton, Patti
Meyer, Tim Preister, Larry Temme.
Member absent: Tom
Briese. Others present; Tim Hamilton, Darrell Barnes, Joyce Olson, Larry Lambert, Gay Sandman.

meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.

update - Bids are being taken for

Education. Alternative SchoolÕs enrollment has continued to grow.

update – 403(b) plans need to be revised by January 2009.

Parking
around Albion site – Surveys were given to elementary parents and staff
members. Results have been shared
with the City of Albion.

EMC
dividend of $2,065 was received in recognition of workmanÕs comp favorable loss
experience this past year.

Tan van
needs $1200 of repairs. New bus
has an electronic problem, which is being repaired in Norfolk.
